The bill (Reg. No. 1529) stipulates regulating at the legislative level the problem of those settlements of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts where after their liberation from illegal armed groups, local self-government authorities are unable to fulfill their obligations.
The Committee decided to form a working group on elaborating the submitted bill with consideration of requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine.
