“Ukrainian parliamentarians were shocked by the tragic news of human casualties as a result of terrorist attack on the editorial staff of "Charlie Hebdo” weekly.

Condemning any form of violence, I would like to express support to French people in their fight against terrorism. I am convinced that those guilty of the heinous crime should be detained and brought to responsibility as soon as possible,” the Telegrams read.

On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Groysman extends most heartfelt condolences to the near and dear ones of the deceased.
