The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft law on amendments to article 17-2 of the Law “On State Support to Agriculture of Ukraine” (re facilities of cattle farms and complexes)

The bill (Reg. No. 1548) was elaborated in view of rendering state support to medium and small agricultural producers by lifting restrictions regarding facilities of cattle farms and complexes, construction and reconstruction cost of which might be partially compensated.

Milk houses and co-operatively run meat-processing units were also included to the list of objects whose cost might be partially compensated.
