The bill (Reg. No. 1568) suggests amending Laws "On execution of decisions and application of practice of the European Court of Human Rights" and "On state guarantees of executing judgments", according to which the Law on the State budget of Ukraine for the respective year can stipulate another mechanisms and methods of executing judgments than determined by these laws.
At the same time, the Committee members claim the bill can be adopted in entirety only after refining and amending it.
