The bill (Reg. No. 1543) stipulates granting employees, working on the territory of anti-terrorist operation, with the right to receive an unpaid leave for the whole period of such operation with consideration of time necessary for returning to the workplace.
The bill suggests supplementing part one of article 25 of the Law “On Leaves” with clause 18.
Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will allow legislatively regulate the issue of preserving workplace relations of employees that move from the regions of anti-terrorist operation, or remain in such regions and have no possibility to be back at work in view of threat to life an health for the whole period of anti-terrorist operation.
