The Committee elaborated and approved several proposals to provisions of the draft laws of Ukraine on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2015 (Reg. No. 1000), on amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine (re reform of inter-budget relations) (Reg. No. 1557), and on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and several laws of Ukraine (re tax reform) (Reg. No. 1578).
The Committee members claim the bill under Reg. No. 1557 is unacceptable in such version as it has been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada.
Considering the draft State Budget of Ukraine for the next year, the Committee members evaluated it as "a disbalanced act that does not solve problems on financial decentralization and forming local budgets".
Proposals were unanimously upheld by the Committee members and submitted to the specialized committees.
