The bill (Reg. No. 1280) suggests establishing that copies of entitling documents for immovable property objects that are located on a land plot are granted only in case when the right of ownership of such an object is registered but not in all cases if immovable property objects that are located on a land plot as it is stipulated by the current provision.
It was mentioned that a person who registers the right of ownership or the right to use a land plot shall first register a right of ownership to an immovable property object that is located on such a land plot and only then the person will be able to register the right to a land plot.
Participants of the discussion stressed that this bill was elaborated with the aim to eliminate legal conflict.
