The Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to clause 3 of section VIII of “Final Provisions” of the Law “On Securing Implementation of Housing Rights of Dormitory Residents” (re prolonging moratorium on alienation of dormitories)

Committee members considered two bills registered under No. 1505 and No. 1505-1.

In the course of consideration of the bills, the Committee took into account information of the people’s deputy T.Batenko, author of the bill registered under No. 1505, that he withdraws his bill and upholds adoption of the bill registered under No. 1505-1.

Committee members took the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada adopt the bill No. 1505-1 as a basis, following the results of consideration in the first reading.
