Under the document and in line with part two of article 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “On dismissal of judges” of June 17, 2010 No. 2352-VI is recognized as invalid in the part of dismissing judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine Volkov Oleksandr Fedorovych from the post.

The respective draft resolution was registered under No. 1352.
