The bill stipulates establishment of Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine since January 1, 2015 by merging Social Insurance Fund against accidents and occupational diseases and Social Insurance Fund for temporary disability.
The bill suggests amending legislation on labour remuneration, as well as administrative and criminal legislation which will promote legalization of labour remuneration and employment.
The respective amendments are to be made to the Laws “On Main Principles of Exercising State Financial Control in Ukraine”, “On State Executive Service”, “On Animal World”, “On the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”, “On the Prosecutor’s Office”, “On the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine” and other legislative acts.
