The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine (re some issues on state compensation for damage)"

The legislative act amended article 346 of the Tax Code of Ukraine based on merging the Fund of social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases with the Fund social insurance on temporary disability and creating the Social Insurance Fund.

The Law specified provisions on the order of state compensation caused by a controlling body official.

The bill was registered under No. 1575.
