These are:
- the draft law on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On State Procurement" (re improving the system of state procurement and electronic procurement) (Reg. No. 1551);
- the draft law on the list of objects of state property not subject to privatization (Reg. No. 1567).
The document suggests amending the Law "On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl, cognac, fruit, and alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" in order to exclude production of ethyl from state monopoly.
It is also stipulated to establish temporary protection of enterprises that are excluded from annexes of the Law "On the list objects of state property not subject to privatization" from the bankruptcy procedure.
