Mykola Fedoruk, chairperson of the subcommittee on local bodies of executive power and territorial system, was appointed head of the working group on elaboration and preparation of the draft law on voluntary association of territorial communities for the second reading.
Andrii Reka, chairperson of the subcommittee on regional policy, local
budgets and municipal ownership, was appointed head of the working group on
elaboration and preparation of the draft law on the principles of state
regional policy for the second reading.Heads of both working groups are instructed to form personal composition of working groups within two days, and inform the Committee on the results of preparation of the abovementioned bills to the second reading prior to January 6, 2015.
It is also planned to involve the people’s deputies, representatives of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat, Presidential Administration, Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, central bodies of executive power, leading associations of local self-government bodies, NGOs, scientists and experts in the work of the abovementioned working groups.
