The Committee decided to form six subcommittees on: local executive authorities and territorial structure (Chairperson Mykola Fedoruk); regional policy, local budgets and communal property (Chairperson Andrii Reka); administrative services, state symbols and awards (Chairperson Oleksandr Dekhtiarchuk); local self-government (Chairperson Yurii Bublyk); state service and service in local self-government bodies (Chairperson Aliona Shkrum); population self-organization bodies, local elections and other forms of direct democracy (Olena Boiko).

First Deputy Chairperson of the Committee Olena Ledovskykh will coordinate the activity of subcommittees on state service and service in local self-government bodies and on population self-organization bodies, local elections and other forms of direct democracy; Committee's Secretary Oleksii Honcharenko – the subcommittees on local executive authorities and territorial structure and on local self-government; Deputy Chairperson of the Committee Serhii Kudlaienko – the subcommittee on administrative services, state symbols and awards; Deputy Chairperson of the Committee Vitalii Kurylo – the subcommittee on regional policy, local budgets and communal property.
