The Committee on State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament adopt as a basis and in entirety the bill on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On State Service" (re postponing entry into force)

As it was mentioned during the discussion, the bill (Reg. No. 1072) suggests postponing entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of 17.11.2011 No. 4050-VI "On State Service" by January 1, 2016 in order to "properly and systematically reform the system of state management by adopting new versions of laws "On State Service" and "On Service in Local Self-Government Authorities" and also to stipulate respective expenditures for their implementation in the Law "On State Budget of Ukraine for 2016".
