The Head of State shall sign the Law on Allocation of UAH 1 billion for Realization of Anti-Epidemic Measures to prevent another Surge of Confrontation and Mutual Reproaches - V.Lytvyn
V. Lytvyn made the above-mentioned statement during the working visit to Brovary town on Friday. "The Law shall be signed due to the social, economic and medical necessities", - the Head of the Parliament proclaimed. V. Lytvyn noticed that "such a dialogue that has recently been demonstrated on the highest level is unacceptable, as it first of all demeans the state."
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine admitted that the veto can be overridden if the President imposes it. He supposes that at least 350 Parliamentarians will uphold the resolution and "nobody is going to have a proper understanding of its economic constituent."
