The draft (Reg. No. 4351) stipulates recommend that the Cabinet of Ministers form the Ministry of Industrial Policy and Trade on the basis of the Ministry of Industrial Policy that is reorganized (transformed).
It is also suggested to establish that newly formed ministry shall be the main authority in the system of central executive authorities which ensures shaping and implements state industrial policy, in aerospace industry and defense-industry complex as well, it also implements state policy in the trade sphere, settles issues of military and technical cooperation, technical regulation, standardization and certification of industrial products.
