to address the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defence and Intelligence with a proposal to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, following the results of the first reading, adopt as a basis the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Education of Servicemen Aged 18 to 25 Years Who Are Performing Military Service under Contract or Are Mobilized for a Special Period," registered under No. 13235 dated 30 April 2025, submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
to address the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy with a proposal to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, based on the results of the first reading, adopt as a basis the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine and Other Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Introduction of the Institution of Priority Right to Guardianship and Custodianship," registered under No. 13215 dated 25 April 2025, submitted by Member of Parliament Hurin D.O. and other Members of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;
to address the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy with a proposal to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, following the results of the first reading, adopt as a basis the draft Law of Ukraine on Amendments to Article 365 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, registered under No. 12450 dated 27 January 2025, submitted by Member of Parliament Burmich A.P.
Additionally, as part of its oversight functions, the Committee members heard a report from the State Migration Service of Ukraine on the status of implementation of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons.»
