Regular session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly held in Birmingham (Great Britain) adopted three important resolutions regarding Ukraine – People's Deputy of Ukraine, member of the parliamentary delegation Yevheniya Kravchuk.

The first and main of them is "The aggressive war of the russian federation against Ukraine and its people, which also poses a threat to the entire OSCE region", in which the Organization, in particular:

-  Calls on the Standing Committee of the OSCE PA to introduce changes to the Rules and procedures that will create an appeal mechanism and, as a result, the deprivation of powers of the delegation of a participating state that has violated the sovereignty and territorial integrity of another participating state (first of all, it threatens russia);
- Considers russia's crimes as war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide;
- Insists on the earliest possible establishment of a special international criminal tribunal to ensure prosecution for the mentioned crimes;
- Demands immediate and full withdrawal of troops and restoration of territorial integrity of Ukraine;
- Condemns the forced transfer of Ukrainian citizens to the territory of the russian federation, in particular unaccompanied children, as well as the practice of filtration camps;
- Pays special attention to the sea blockade, which prevents Ukraine from supplying grain, which threatens the food security of many countries;
- Expresses concern about the destruction and theft of objects of cultural heritage that belong to the Ukrainian people.

Two more resolutions concern the safety of journalists in the conflict zone, as well as the impact of security threats during war on the lives of people and civil society.

 "I thank all my colleagues for their support and position. Our delegation included representatives of both the government – the Servant of the People, and the opposition – European Solidarity and the Motherland. On the international arena, we confidently advance together, each adopted document is a brick for the foundation of victory.

I thank the defenders for the opportunity to participate in the OSCE session in Birmingham," said the parliamentarian.
