Mykhaylo Radutsky, The Chairman of the Nation's Health Committee, wrote an appeal to the members of the Council of Europe demanding the exclusion of Russia from the MEDICRIME Convention (International Treaty on the Establishment of Criminal Liability for Counterfeiting Medical Products), ratified by the russian federation on March 20, 2018.
