Chairman of the Nation's Health Committee Opposes Opening of Red Cross Office in Rostov-on-Don

Committee Chairman Mykhailo Radutsky wrote an open appeal to the International Committee of the Red Cross urging the organisation not to legitimise "humanitarian corridors" to the Russian Federation, not to support the abduction of Ukraine's citizens or forced deportation to the aggressor state, and to change its decision.
