The fact that the armed forces of the Russian Federation seized the world-famous Chernobyl nuclear power plant has all the hallmarks of an act of nuclear terrorism committed against the Chernobyl atomic facilities and its personnel by the military units of the Russian Federation. This is stated in a joint appeal of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, Acting Chairman of the State Inspectorate for Nuclear Regulation of Ukraine - Chief State Inspector for Nuclear and Radiation Safety of Ukraine, Acting President of National Nuclear Energy Generating Company of Ukraine to the International Atomic Energy Agencyю
