Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On the Implementation of Public Electronic Services for Registration and Declaration of Residence in Ukraine”

Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On the Implementation of Public Electronic Services for Registration and Declaration of Residence in Ukraine” (No. 5463).

The Law regulates relations in the field of public and electronic public services for registration and declaration of residence (stay) of individuals in Ukraine, the procedure for their provision and exchange of data in electronic registers, databases, the procedure for their processing.

The law introduces the declaration of residence - notification by a person of the registration authority of the address of his residence in electronic form through the Unified State Web Portal of electronic services with subsequent entry of such information in the register of the territorial community.
