Adopted the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Article 33 of the Budget Code of Ukraine to Clarify the Information Submitted by the National Bank of Ukraine for the Preparation of the Budget Declaration" (No. 5853).
The law stipulates that “by March 1 of the year preceding the planned year, the National Bank of Ukraine shall submit to the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine information on the estimated forecast of the profit to be transferred to the state budget, for the medium-term period, as well as for indicative forecast indicators of the exchange rate policy for the medium-term period (including the hryvnia exchange rate on average for the year and at the end of the year).”
