Head of the Committee on Foreign Policy and Interparliamentary Cooperation Olerksandr Merezhko met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Egypt to Ukraine Ayman Elgammal.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of strengthening political dialogue and economic cooperation, as well as expanding the legal framework between Ukraine and Egypt.

The interlocutors paid special attention to the issue of strengthening inter-parliamentary contacts, in particular, the development of relations between the relevant parliamentary committees and parliamentary friendship groups, as well as cooperation within the United Nations.
