Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Section X ‘Final and Transitional Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Public Procurement’ on Ensuring the Possibility of Procurement of Medicines under Controlled Access Contracts” (No. 4662).

The Law is aimed at improving patients' access to original medicines and innovative medical technologies at the expense of budget funds using the procedures of managed access agreements.

The Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Section X ‘Final and Transitional Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Public Procurement’ proposes to temporarily, until December 31, 2023, not to extend the Law "On Public Procurement" to the purchase of original (innovative) drugs to be purchased under managed access agreements.
