Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Humanitarian Aid’” (No. 3527).

The Law expands the powers of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol City State Administrations to recognize cargoes of humanitarian aid.

The Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Humanitarian Aid’” (No. 3527) provides for expanding the powers of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol City State Administrations to recognize cargoes of humanitarian aid weighing up to 12 tons.
