During the plenary week, which lasted from September 7 to 10, 2021, the Verkhovna Rada held five plenary sessions, at which it adopted 12 Laws of Ukraine:

No. 5324-1 “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Concerning the Regulation of the Development of the Procedure for Assigning Qualification Categories and Pedagogical Titles to Teachers”;

No. 4416-1 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Industrial Parks’ aimed at attracting investment in the industrial sector of the economy by introducing incentives in industrial parks”;

No. 4236 “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Concerning Activation of Science Parks”;

No. 3637On Virtual Assets”;

No. 5248 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (Concerning the Simultaneous Transfer of Rights to a Land Plot in Connection with the Transfer of Rights to an Immovable Property Object located on it)”;

No. 3952 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts to Ensure Openness of Information on the Amount of Remuneration in State-Owned Companies”;

No. 5205 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Theaters and Theater Business’ to create additional conditions to ensure the professional development of creative workers of theaters”;

No. 3969 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Theaters and Theater Business’ to create additional conditions to ensure the professional development of creative workers of theaters”;

No. 5154 “On Amendments to the Article 29 of the Budget Code of Ukraine in connection with Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine to Stimulate the De-Shadowing of Incomes and Enhancing the Tax Culture of Citizens Through Introduction of Voluntary Declaration by Individuals of Assets Belonging to them and Payment of One-Time Dues to the Budget”;

No. 0106 “On Ratification of the Protocol between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on Amendments to the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Tax Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital”;

No. 5559 “On Amendments to Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction’ to Clarify Certain Provisions”;

No. 3427 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Advertising’ on combating discrimination on the grounds of gender”.
