Adopted as a basis the draft Law “On Amendments to Laws of Ukraine Concerning Certain Issues of Activity of the National Bank of Ukraine”

Adopted as a basis the draft Law “On Amendments to Laws of Ukraine Concerning Certain Issues of Activity of the National Bank of Ukraine” (No. 5850). The purpose of the draft Law is to improve the current provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Bank of Ukraine” and bring it into line with best world practice, as well as to regulate certain issues in the National Bank of Ukraine that arise during its functions and need to be resolved The National Bank statutory powers.

The draft law envisages amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the National Bank of Ukraine” in part of:

1) standardization of internal government issues in the National Bank of Ukraine;

2) management of gold and foreign exchange reserves.
