Adopted as s basis the draft Law “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on State Support in the Sphere of Sports” (No. 4577).

The purpose of the draft Law is to introduce tax mechanisms to provide state support in the field of sports in order to create the necessary socio-economic, regulatory, organizational and technical conditions and provide anti-crisis measures to improve the viability of physical culture and sports.

The draft law envisages amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine, which propose to introduce a reduced value added tax rate of 7% to stimulate demand and expand the availability of socially important services, including tickets for sports events at the national and international level held in Ukraine.
