Adopted as s basis the draft Law “On Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine Concerning the Application of Forced Feeding Measures to Convicts and Detainees” (No. 4324).

The bill proposes to supplement the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine with a new article No. 206-1 “Decision of the investigating judge, court on forced feeding of the suspect, accused, to whom a preventive measure in the form of detention was applied”.
