First Deputy Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk presented the award "30 years of the Declaration of Independence of Ukraine" to the parliamentarians of the first convocation.

"It is very valuable for me to personally reward and shake hands with the deputies of the first convocation of the Parliament of Ukraine, who gave us independence by making a fateful decision for our country in the context of Ukrainian statehood," Ruslan Stefanchuk said.
As the First Vice Speaker noted, "every Ukrainian is grateful to these parliamentarians for their significant personal contribution to the establishment of Ukraine's independence, assertion of its sovereignty and international prestige."
