Adopted the Resolution "On the Implementation of the National Emission Reduction Plan from Large Combustion Plants"

Adopted the Resolution "On the Implementation of the National Emission Reduction Plan from Large Combustion Plants" (No. 5129).

The Resolution approved the appeal of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Cabinet of Ministers to ensure the mechanisms of implementation of the National Plan for Reduction of Emissions from Large Combustion Plants within the time limits approved by Annex II to the Treaty establishing the Energy Community and Directive 2001/80/EU on the limitation of emissions of certain pollutants into the air from large combustion plants; ensuring energy security of the state and environmental security of citizens; reducing the burden on the health care system due to air pollution.
