Adopted the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Elimination of Discrepancies and Modernization of the Sale of Property in Mortgages and Enforcement Proceedings"

Adopted the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Elimination of Discrepancies and Modernization of the Sale of Property in Mortgages and Enforcement Proceedings" (No. 3360-1).

The law creates preconditions for strengthening the transparency of the system of sale of seized property in compliance with the principle of notarization of facts to provide them with legal certainty, increase the efficiency of execution of court decisions, improvement of normative regulation, as well as elimination of contradictions between the current acts in terms of sale of assets within the procedure of enforcement proceedings.

The law amended a number of legislative acts in the field of sale of seized property within the enforcement proceedings.
