Adopted the Law of Ukraine "On the peculiarities of providing electronic public services"

Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 5495 "On the peculiarities of providing electronic public services".
The law defines the legal basis for the realization of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the field of electronic public services, as well as the features of their provision.
The law amends the Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Services", which is necessary to regulate issues related to the provision of public services in electronic form.
