Adopted the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Atmospheric Air Protection' on Regulation of Economic Activity with Ozone-Depleting Substances and Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases"

Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 4259 "On Amendments to Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Atmospheric Air Protection' on Regulation of Economic Activity with Ozone-Depleting Substances and Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases".
The law brings the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Atmospheric Air" in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of economic activity with ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases" in terms of determining the legal and organizational framework for regulating relations in the field of handling controlled substances and products containing them, the use of which affects the ozone layer and climate change.
