Adopted the Law of Ukraine on the implementation of the provisions of certain international agreements and EU directives in the field of fauna and flora

Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 2351 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (on the implementation of the provisions of certain international agreements and EU directives on the protection of fauna and flora)”, aimed at protecting animals from cruelty.
The Law proposes to amend the Laws of Ukraine: “On Protection of Animals from Cruelty”, “On Fauna”, “On the National Police”, “On the Red Book of Ukraine”, “On Local Self-Government in Ukraine”, the Criminal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code , the Forest Code, the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
