Adopted as a basis the draft Law on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Public Morality" to protect the rights and best interests of the child (No. 5330-1).
The purpose of the draft Law on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Public Morality" to protect the rights and best interests of the child is to protect children from the negative effects of sexual or erotic products.
The draft law prohibits the use of images of all children (not just minors) in any form in sexual or erotic products and in entertainment activities of this nature.
