Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Stimulating the Development of Digital Economy in Ukraine”

Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 4303 “On Stimulating the Development of Digital Economy in Ukraine”.
The main purpose of the Law is to form an advanced digital economy in Ukraine in the coming years and increase the share of high-tech products and services in Ukraine's total GDP to 10 percent.
The Law provides for the introduction of a number of measures to stimulate the development of the digital economy in Ukraine: a special regime of taxation of residents of the ‘Diia City’ in accordance with tax legislation; remuneration paid by residents of the ‘Diia City’ to persons whose work they use, in accordance with tax legislation; the possibility of choosing a contractual form of employment contract in the registration of employment relations between residents of the ‘Diia City’ and their employees, etc.
