Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine to Stimulate the Development of the Electric Transport Sector in Ukraine”.
The law supplements paragraph 4 of Section XXI "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Customs Code of Ukraine with a new sub-item 16, "Until January 1, 2031 - goods imported into the customs territory of Ukraine by enterprises that have, create or upgrade production facilities for industrial production of vehicles, are exempt from import duty if they are imported by enterprises defined in the first paragraph of this subparagraph, for own production".
