Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 5009 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning Simplification of Connection to Electric Networks”. The purpose of the Law is to significantly simplify the procedure for connecting to the electrical networks of electrical installations of customers, reducing the number of procedures, documents and approvals, a significant reduction in the time spent by customers on connection, removal of artificial restrictions and removal of barriers in the procedure of connection to the electricity grid, introduction of the "single window" mechanism for submitting appeals, applications, inquiries, obtaining information, initial data necessary for the design and implementation of construction and installation works, approval of design documentation for construction, reconstruction and re-equipment of customers' electrical installations.
