Adopted as a basis the Draft Law "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Certain Other Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Peculiarities of Business Taxation of Electronic Residents"

Adopted as a basis the Draft Law "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Certain Other Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Peculiarities of Business Taxation of Electronic Residents" (No. 5270).
The purpose of the draft law is to optimize the modern tax system and other legislation in Ukraine in connection with the experiment on the introduction and implementation of electronic residency in Ukraine. This will allow foreigners and stateless persons who have acquired the status of e-resident and registered as a natural person-entrepreneur, to carry out business activities and pay taxes in Ukraine without leaving the country of residence.
