At the meeting of the Committee on Legal Policy held on July 6, MPs considered the draft Law on Amendments to the Law "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges" to ensure the gradual implementation of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System (No. 5433).
The main purpose of the draft law is to ensure the start of operation of individual modules (subsystems) of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System and the gradual implementation of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System.
The draft law envisages amendments to the Law "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges" and to the Law "On Amendments to the Commercial Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine and other legislative acts".
Also bring in line with the proposed amendments to the Law "On the High Council of Justice" the procedure for approving the Regulations on the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System or the provisions defining the functioning of its individual subsystems (modules).
Based on the results of the consideration, the Committee decided to recommend to the Verkhovna Rada to adopt as a basis the draft law on Ensuring the Gradual Implementation of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System.
