Adopted as a basis the draft Law on Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Ensure Balanced Budget Revenues

Adopted as a basis the draft Law No. 5600 on Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Ensure Balanced Budget Revenues.
The purpose of the draft law is to ensure a balance of budget revenues by improving the efficiency of the country's economic resources, as well as eliminating gaps in current legislation.
Adoption of the draft law will allow to receive additional revenues to the consolidated budget of about UAH 50 billion per year.
The draft law will provide:
- bringing the size of tax rates in line with inflation in the economy;
- improving the efficiency of collecting certain taxes and repaying tax debt.
