Adopted the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Section XXI 'Final and Transitional Provisions' of the Customs Code of Ukraine in connection with the invalid of the Law of Ukraine 'On the establishment of the free economic zone "Crimea" and on the peculiarities of economic activity in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine'"

Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 5503-d "On Amendments to Section XXI 'Final and Transitional Provisions' of the Customs Code of Ukraine in connection with the invalid of the Law of Ukraine 'On the establishment of the free economic zone "Crimea" and on the peculiarities of economic activity in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine'".

The law regulates the issue of customs duties in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

Until the end of the regime of temporary occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, customs duties established by this Code on goods moving across the customs border of Ukraine from and to the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol shall not be collected.
