Adopted as a basis the draft Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts on Strengthening Liability for Certain Criminal and Administrative Offenses in the Sphere of Economic Activity, Official Activity, Activity of Persons Providing Public Services and Criminal Offenses against the Authority of Public Authorities"

Adopted as a basis the draft Law No. 3783 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts on Strengthening Liability for Certain Criminal and Administrative Offenses in the Sphere of Economic Activity, Official Activity, Activity of Persons Providing Public Services and Criminal Offenses against the Authority of Public Authorities".
The purpose of the draft law is to ensure the implementation at the level of national legislation of proportionality and individual nature of penalties imposed for criminal offenses in the field of economic activity, by strengthening criminal liability for certain types of crimes and establishes proper differentiation of criminal liability according to the criterion of the amount of damage caused by the commission of a criminal offense.
