Adopted the Law of Ukraine on Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on taxation of transactions for the supply of certain types of livestock products

Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 5425-d on Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on taxation of transactions for the supply of certain types of livestock products.
The law aims to eliminate the risks of rising food prices and promote price stability in the relevant commodity markets, as well as to create equal and fair conditions for value added tax for agricultural producers and processing enterprises.
