Adopted as a basis the draft Law on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Improving the Legal Basis of the State Bureau of Investigations

Adopted as a basis the draft Law No. 5305 on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Improving the Legal Basis of the State Bureau of Investigations.
The draft law proposes to improve the legal framework of the State Bureau of Investigation, promote the proper performance of tasks by the State Bureau of Investigation and create conditions for effective operational and investigative activities and the organization of pre-trial investigation in the State Bureau of Investigation.
The draft law provides for amendments to the laws of Ukraine "On the State Bureau of Investigation", "On State Protection of Court and Law Enforcement Employees", "On Forensic Examination", "On Prevention of Corruption", "On Organizational and Legal Basis of Combating Organized Crime", "On Higher Education", "On Banks and Banking", "On the Deposit Guarantee System for Individuals", "On the Depository System" and other legislative acts.
