Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Payment Services”

Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 4364 “On Payment Services”. The Law of Ukraine No. 4364:
- establishes a list of payment services, the procedure for providing them, the terms of authorization and a list of categories of providers of payment services;
- determines the general principles for the functioning of payment systems in Ukraine, the issue and use of electronic money and digital money by the NBU;
- establishes the rights, duties and responsibilities of participants in the payment market of Ukraine;
- determines the general procedure for supervision of payment service providers, the procedure for oversight of the payment infrastructure and payment instruments.
