Adopted as a basis the draft law "On Amendments to Article 219 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (concerning the extension of the powers of parking inspectors to protect the interests of persons with disabilities)"

Adopted as a basis the draft law No. 4594 "On Amendments to Article 219 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (concerning the extension of the powers of parking inspectors to protect the interests of persons with disabilities)".
The purpose of the bill is to increase the level of protection of the rights of persons with disabilities to park vehicles in special places.
The draft law proposes to amend the third part of Article 219 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine, which proposes to give the right to parking inspectors on behalf of executive committees to consider cases and impose penalties for administrative offenses (stopping or parking of vehicles at places marked by appropriate road signs or road markings, where only vehicles driven by drivers with disabilities or drivers transporting persons with disabilities are allowed to stop or park).
